Butyl rubber is a solid at room temperature and needs to be melted first. The glue cylinder heats the glue to 110-140 ℃, and the hydraulic system steadily squeezes it out. The glue nozzle is evenly coated on both sides of the aluminum strip, and the pressure wheel is shaped accordingly. The core focuses on three variables:

温度：机头要比胶缸高 5–12℃，温度飘了胶就断线或流淌；

压力：挤胶压力一般 8–16MPa，气源要干净干燥，别和生产线共用一路气；
